Discover how to use "NOW" media

The USSA together with AAEE NSW and IAP2 coordinated a "Now" Media workshop specially designed for Local Government on December 11th 2009.

The workshop was a fun and participatory look at the "now" media tools such as YouTube, Twitter and Facebook that are available for councils to use as an engagement tool as part of their sustainability programs. 

The workshop provided particpants with:

  • Case studies from councils who have used "now" media in their sustainability programs.
  • Assistance in how to overcome common barriers often faced when trying to use now media.
  • Resources on how to incorporate "now" media into sustainability programs.
