Conference Registration includes: Full attendance at all conference sessions, including site visit, morning teas, lunches and afternoon teas, Welcome Reception, conference dinner, satchel and presenters' information.
Single Day Registration includes: Attendance at conference sessions on either Monday 11 or Tuesday 12 September, including site visit (Monday only), programmed morning/afternoon teas, lunch, satchel and presenters' information. Tickets to social functions may be purchased separately.
Partners: There is no set Partners Registration this year. Partners can select which social functions and tours they would like to attend and book these. There is a fantastic program of 4 tours this year at very reasonable prices.
Changes to your Booking
You can modify your booking using the confirmation number and link provided in your confirmation email. For any enquires, please contact Michelle Muller at the LGSA on events@lgsa.org.au or (02) 9242 4031 by close of business Thursday 9 September 2010. After this time, amendments to your booking should be requested to the registration desk at the conference.
Cancellation Policy
Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome on the day at no additional charge. All cancellations must be advised in writing to Michelle Muller by emailing events@lgsa.org.au. Cancellations postmarked on or before 2 September 2010 will incur a fee of $100. No refunds will be made for cancellations advised after this date.
Online registration details
This is a secure site which accepts credit card (Visa or Mastercard), cheque and direct deposit payments. On completing registration, a tax invoice will be automatically emailed to you. Your credit card statement will show a debit from "Acuvent". Cheque payments are to be made out to "LGSA" and please send to GPO Box 7003 Sydney NSW 2001 with a copy of your Tax Invoice prior to the conference.
