Entry guidelines and entry form

How to enter:

For Bronze or Silver Category entires, please go to this online entry form (Bronze / Silver).
For the Louise Petchell Individual Sustainability Award, please go to this online entry form (Individual)

To enter the Awards you must address each of the relevant questions provided on the on-line entry form. Note that word limits apply. The form provided must be completed by all entrants to be eligible for the Awards.
Only online entry forms will be accepted. No hard copies of entry forms will be accepted.

You may provide additional information in any of the following ways:

within the text of your entry using hyperlinks (ie. http://.....
by reference to a particular web address in the "Web Site" field further below. This might be for an entire site about your project, or for a particular item such as a video on YouTube or similar
by attaching a file (less than 4MB). A multimedia file can be useful for conveying a variety of text & non-text information (eg. pictures, charts, etc). Upload via "Attach a File" further below. PDF is preferred format, however word and powerpoint are acceptable, noting the size limit
Hard copies and physical items are no longer accepted. If your entry heavily features physical items such as promotional materials, games, T shirts, DVDs etc, you are strongly encouraged to take some digital photos and attach them to your on-line entry. Please note, the judges will only be sent the entry forms and attachments which are provided on-line. Any other supporting material which is provided by post (including videos, DVDs and any printed material) will not be seen by the judges to assist them in their scoring of entries.
