PILA 100% RECYCLED COMPOSITE WOOD FURNITURE. The raw material consists of approx. 60% recycle HDPE and 40% Rice Hull. The recycled HDPE is recycled from Milk Bottles and Water Tanks and Rice Hull is the waste or by-product from the rice we eat.
Other composite wood manufacturers use 60% wood powder. As we do not have any wood material in our product we can say we do have a completely sustainable product. The use of wood would prevent us saying this. Our products take the place of wood.
